Junior Legal Officer
We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated individual who can make a valuable contribution to the continued success of our organization. The ideal candidate must be a qualified & talented individual with a can-do attitude, having a sound understanding of the subject matter to make comprehensive decisions, and possess the determination to succeed in a challenging environment.
Job Profile
- Prepare legal documents for all stages of the Company lifecycle including customers, state authorities, institutions
- Assist all divisions in legal processes and evaluate legal clearance on submitted projects/matters
- Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary; manage external legal relationships
- Drafting and Reviewing agreements
- Providing advice on legal documentation
Requirements
- Be an Attorney at Law with a Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in drafting, reviewing and providing advice on legal documentation
- Possess an excellent command of the English, strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy
