Job Overview: As an Assistant Manager of Accounts, you'll play a significant role in managing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and upholding the integrity of our financial records.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements.
- Collaborate with departments to provide financial insights.
- Ensure timely tax submissions and assist with audits.
- Participate in recovery of non-payments and manage debtor lists.
- Manage stationery costs and handle HR-related financial tasks.
Qualifications:
- Professional certification in accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and applications.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an accountant in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with financial audits and compliance with accounting standards.
Gross Income Range: LKR 35,000 to LKR 45,000
