Compensation: Salary Range: 40,000 LKR - 60,000 LKR monthly (Experience-based) Commission Structure: Up to 200,000 LKR monthly (Performance-based)

- Execute a minimum of 40 outbound cold calls daily to initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients.
- Schedule and facilitate productive meetings with key stakeholders to discuss partnership opportunities.
- Lead negotiations with professionalism and confidence, aiming to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Act as a knowledgeable representative of Feelo, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Strive to exceed established sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic relationship-building.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational objectives and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated passion for sales and business development, with a keen desire to excel in a competitive environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in previous roles.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and navigate challenges with resilience and determination.
