Job Profile:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, variance analysis, and financial projections to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic audits of financial transactions and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Person Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ethical and responsible approach to financial management.
