What You'll Do:
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilize SQL, Google Analytics, and advanced Excel formulas to analyze large data sets related to merchant operations, performance, and trends.
- Identify key insights, patterns, and opportunities for optimization to drive strategic decision-making.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Problem-Solving:
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues impacting merchant performance, order fulfillment, and customer experience.
- Develop actionable recommendations and solutions to address identified challenges and opportunities.
Project Management and Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Business Development, to execute projects aimed at improving merchant operations and efficiency.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation and impact measurement.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Develop performance metrics and KPIs to monitor merchant operations and track progress against operational goals.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into merchant performance and operational efficiency.
Process Optimization and Automation:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within merchant operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with technology teams to implement automated solutions and streamline operational workflows.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven 3 years of relevant work experience in project execution roles including 2 years of experience in data analysis/manipulation and data-based insight generation and decision making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the food delivery industry, merchant operations, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
