E-LEARNING PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR
The Job
- Act as the primary point of contact for all E-Learning platform-related queries, issues, and support requests.
- Ensure system security and access controls are properly maintained, adhering to the established policies.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users, assisting them in navigating platforms and resolving any functional or technical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to platforms, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data on all platforms by conducting regular data audits and data cleansing activities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of platform configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry best practices concerning platform usage and data handling.
The Person
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related qualification.
- Prior experience in handling E Learning platforms would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with end users and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
