MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Human Resources, to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life is part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will act as the custodian of all HR processes, policies, and Management Information, providing indispensable guidance and support to management and colleagues in these key areas of responsibility. Your expertise will shine as you offer policy guidance to the HR team, encompassing policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, onboarding, absence management, retention, colleague rewards, and HRIS. As a change agent, you will roll out HR initiatives throughout the resort, coordinating and providing guidance to all stakeholders. Your commitment to driving the HR customer service experience for Cinnamon Life will be central to enhancing overall colleague satisfaction. Furthermore, your keen eye for improvement will be crucial as you identify and implement enhancements for HR Administration processes and systems on an ongoing basis. Additionally, you will excel in colleague relations, adeptly addressing concerns and spearheading engagement initiatives.
