EVENTS COORDINATOR
We have an exciting opportunity for an Events Coordinator to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Manager, Event Sales, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the Hotel's event spaces and operations. Your responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, managing event budgets, and coordinating with vendors to ensure every detail is in place. You will create detailed event timelines and oversee event spaces to meet client expectations. On the day of the event, you will supervise the execution, address any issues that arise, and provide exceptional customer service.
