WEDDING COORDINATOR
We have an exciting opportunity for a Wedding Coordinator to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Manager, Wedding Planning, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable wedding experiences for our clientele. Your ces for responsibilities will include initial consultations to understand the vision, initial preferences, and budget of the clientele. You will manage the timeline, guest list, and vendor relationships, ensuring every detail aligns with the couple's wishes. On the wedding day, you will oversee setup and execution, handling any issues that may arise. You will also organize the rehearsal and post-wedding wrap-up.
