Key Responsibilities
  • Execution of recruitment and selection process of the company whilst achieving expected turn-around times and success rates.
  • Effective and timely recruitment of right talent through advertising, screening, selection and onboarding.
  • Finalize job description and candidate specifications required for new sourcing requirements.
  • Form and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and data / periodic dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment, company attractiveness and identify areas to be improved and submit sourcing reports on time to respective stakeholders.
  • Conduct induction programs for new employees.
  • Identifying training needs of the staff, facilitate and evaluate for development needs.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in the field of Human Resources Management.
  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years' recruitment experience in technical (Air Conditioner/Washing Machine/Refrigerator Technicians) and non- technical (sourcing and selection)
  • Experience in applicant skills and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
