About the role:
- Full time
- The Ideal candidate should cordially welcome and great the customers in a pleasant manner at all times, while maintaining the company expected professional relationship
- Follow the company guidelines to meet incoming customers/ visitors & direct them to the appropriate person/department in the company.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone according to company standards
- Maintain fluent communication by conveying important messages arriving through phone calls to the respective staff member
- Answering inbound and outbound calls and connecting to the relevant department/person/branch with minimum lead time
- Good knowledge of products and services to provide 100% correct information for customers
About you:
- Successfully passed G.C.E A/L
- Approaches their duties with enthusiasm & positive attitude creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Be fluent in English & Sinhala. Ability to converse in Tamil will be an added advantage
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Adhering to corporate etiquettes by following appropriate attire and grooming
- Preference will be given to those below 30 years of age
