Associate DevOps Engineer (SL Night Time) / Hybrid Time (Overlapping with US Morning)

Shift: 4pm - 1pm (on-site)
Responsibilities
- Assist to releases for production and testing environments
- Use project management software(JIRA) and Code repository(Git) to track releases
- Assist to perform root cause analysis for server errors
- Assist to Investigate and fix issues with infrastructures
- Set-up and monitor alerts for core services
- Work with dev team and operations team to ensure proper training is conducted for releases
- Write basic scripts to fetch data for internal use
- In-house IT admin support for the tech team.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
- Experience and/or knowledge with Cloud computing (AWS & GCLOUD)
- Familiar with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Envoyer etc)
- Experience and/or knowledge with Linux OS
- Knowledge on databases and SQL queries
