Junior Executive - Human Resources
Job Role
- Enter employee data into the HRIS accurately and promptly, ensuring adherence to established data entry standards and protocols while maintaining personal files.
- Maintain Employee B Cards to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare EPF and ETF letters, including Name Correction letters, with precision and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and support various HR functions to ensure smooth operations. Assist in organizing and coordinating Training Programs for Learning & Development initiatives.
- Process the Monthly Part-Time Payroll with accuracy and efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Completed or currently following an Undergraduate degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in HR Operations, particularly with HRIS Systems and employee data management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Good understanding of EPF and ETF processes and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-driven and possess the ability to perform under minimum supervision.
