Manager - Digital Marketing
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Digital Marketing to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Director, Marketing, you will orchestrate a comprehensive digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, building and maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels. You will meticulously measure and report campaign performance against ROI and KPIs, utilizing insights to optimize spend and enhance performance continuously. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will craft engaging landing pages and optimize user experiences to maximize conversions. Your analytical prowess will be crucial in evaluating the end-to-end customer journey, instrumenting conversion points and refining user funnels. Additionally, you will foster collaboration with agencies and vendors, evaluate emerging technologies, and provide insightful thought leadership for their adoption. With your adept budget management skills, you will oversee the digital marketing budget and offer strategic recommendations for resource allocation.
