REGULATORY & TENDERS OFFICER
Diligence is a leading Medical Device distributor in Sri Lanka for both Government and Private sector hospitals and Healthcare organisations.
We are in search of a professional who would like to join us a Regulatory & Tender Officer.
Job Profile
- The position holder must handle all Regulatory & Tender work of the respective Principal Agencies and the company as an overall.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidate should full fill the following criteria to succeed;
- Able to understand Legal and Technical documentation
- Gather, evaluate, organize and manage information in a variety of formats
- Ensure compliance with regulations set by the Manufacturer and NMRA
- Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislations and guidelines
- Planning undertaking and overseeing product trials and regulatory inspections.
- Outlining requirements for labelling, storage and packing and advising the teams
- Liaising and negotiating with regulatory authorities (NMRA)
- Maintaining Tender readings, analysing information product wise every 6 months and presenting to the team
- Preparation of Tenders from start to the end
- Attending pre-bid meetings and tender deposits where necessary
- Attending tender evaluation committee meetings where representation is required
- Minimum 2-3 year of experience in a similar capacity in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Sector
- Preferably below 35 years of Age
- Good with MS Office
- Excellent Communication, Relationship Management and Analytical Skills
- Willing to Travel and work under pressure at any given time.
