ASSISTANT MANAGER, RESTAURANT ALL DAY DINING
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Restaurant - All Day Dining to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Manager, Restaurant - All Day Dining, you will oversee culinary creations in a luxurious setting. With your keen eye for service, dynamic approach, and blend of creativity and professionalism, you will warmly welcome guests and ensure every detail reflects the utmost luxury.
Your role includes managing the overall administration and operations of our All-Day Dining restaurant, which involves creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering seamless service that enhances both profits and guest satisfaction. You will train and motivate the service team, setting and implementing service standards, and quickly addressing guest concerns while proactively recognizing the preferences of regular and VIP patrons. Your role also involves collaborating with the Chef and senior team to plan annual events and promotions, while your financial acumen will support budget preparation and analysis to maintain the outlet's success.
