ASSISTANT MANAGER, RESTAURANT CHINESE
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Restaurant - Chinese to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the General Manager, Restaurant Chinese, you will help oversee culinary operations in our upscale Chinese Restaurant. With your keen eye for detail, dynamic approach, and a blend of creativity and professionalism, you will warmly welcome guests and ensure an exceptional dining experience that embodies the essence of luxury and authentic Chinese cuisine.
Your role involves overseeing daily operations, leading and motivating a dedicated team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your cultural knowledge contributes to creating an authentic atmosphere that honors Chinese culinary traditions. You will collaborate closely with chefs on menu development and updates, emphasizing seasonal ingredients and customer preferences while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. Your financial acumen will aid in managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and implementing strategies to enhance profitability. You will promptly address guest inquiries to guarantee a positive and memorable dining experience. By partnering with the hotel's marketing team, you will develop promotional strategies and organize events to attract and retain our valued patrons.
