ASSISTANT MANAGER, RESTAURANT STEAKHOUSE
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Restaurant - Steakhouse to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the General Manager, Restaurant Steakhouse, you will help oversee culinary operations in our upscale Steakhouse. With your keen eye for detail, dynamic approach, and blend of creativity and professionalism, you will warmly welcome guests and ensure an exceptional dining experience that captures the essence of luxury.
Your role involves managing the overall administration and operations of the outlet, where you will foster a warm and welcoming environment while providing smooth, attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability. You will lead and motivate the service team to uphold high standards of quality and hospitality, promptly addressing guest concerns and recognizing the preferences of our regular and VIP patrons. You will collaborate closely with the Chef to plan and implement menu changes, specials, and events, while also overseeing budgets and inventory to optimize profitability. Adhering to health and safety regulations and upholding the hotel's brand values in all interactions are essential aspects of your responsibilities.
