We have an exciting opportunity for a Butler to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Head Butler, your responsibilities will includes with greetings and checking up on the guests, making dining and entertainment arrangements, and keeping guest rooms and suites up to the Cinnamon Life and guest standards.
You will be providing personalized service to guests. Having a deep knowledge of all hotel amenities for guests. Working with all departments (housekeeping, F&B etc.) to meet guest's needs. As Butlers, you primarily serve as a key point of contact for Guests & VIP Guests throughout their stay at the Hotel. You should be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel and also possess a good knowledge about the local vicinity.
