Sales Executives
QuickHelp is a new-age start-up redefining services! We focus on bridging the gap between the average regular service provider and the modern consumer. We are a purpose driven company who has redefined services for our 11,000+ consumers and 50+ service providers since 2019, and are now looking for skilled team members to join our growing team of changemakers!
Job Profile
- Make out-bound calls to existing and potential customers for feedback and upselling.
- Make out-bound calls to potential leads for people to join QuickHelp's platform.
- Work closely with the team lead and the founders to understand better ways to improve Customer and Service Partner experience
Requirements
- Have a minimum 06 months experience in a similar role
- Be a self learner, and be a motivated individual willing to commit fully to the role
- Have sound knowledge in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage)
- Be a patient listener while listening to understand and not listening to just reply
- Have basic computer knowledge and basic proficiency in using internet tools (google sheets, email, other management tools)
- Be career oriented and pursue growth
- Have your own laptop (added advantage - allowance will be provided)
Basic salary of this role will be at Rs. 35,000/- and there will additional target incentives added in. Total take home will be Rs. 60,000/-++
Working time - 8.30am - 5pm (Monday to Friday), 8.30am - 2pm (Saturday)
Working style - Work from office
