BUSINESS ANALYST - IT
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of current company processes within the manufacturing and apparel domains, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop detailed requirements for both internal and external process enhancements, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, understand challenges, and propose actionable solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between the technical teams and business units, translating business needs into technical requirements, and vice versa.
- Facilitate and participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Experience in process review and optimization, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing/apparel domain is highly advantageous.
