Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive | Rathmalana

DOT LK also works with homegrown brands enabling end-to-end digitization via creating an online presence and managing order fulfillment.
Job Description
- Create, Manage and deliver content to all digital marketing channels including website, 3rd Part Platforms (such as Daraz, Amazon etc.) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter).
- Build Brand awareness, grow website traffic and lead generation
- Extensively research on products and write content including technical and marketing information including editing and adding relevant images of products in different categories.
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
- Managing processes for platforms such as Shopify, Daraz, Quickee etc.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, adapting content to suit different channels.
- Editing and proofreading all content material and maintaining accuracy to actual products.
- Monitoring and updating content as per consumer and operational feedback.
- Competitive analysis of other listings and websites.
- Making necessary and timely changes to content as per commercial and operational requirement and feedback.
Requirements for the role:
- Certified/Experienced in Digital Marketing, with experience in creating and optimizing ads.
- Strong knowledge in targeted paid ads, and promotions on all social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Office Packages.
- Knowledge in using image editing tools to create engaging content.
Added advantage if you have:
- Experience in a similar capacity or as a freelance writer or content creator.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and analytics.
- Communication skills in Sinhala and/or Tamil
Ideal candidate will
- Report to our office in Rathmalana.
- The hours are 8.00AM 5:00PM. Monday through Saturday,
- Age between 18 – 35 years.
Priority will be given to candidates who can join within a short notice & available for full time employment.
