Sales & Administration Coordinator (E-Commerce) - Female | Dehiwala

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales & Administration Coordinator (E-Commerce) to join our dynamic team. This position will play a vital role in supporting our e-commerce sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales and administrative functions. Responsibilities include managing sales documentation, coordinating schedules, generating sales leads, handling customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing client relationships by responding to inquiries, providing product/service information, and facilitating sales transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales transactions, and operational activities using our systems.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including record maintenance, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Address client issues or concerns efficiently, collaborating with relevant departments to achieve swift resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct meetings and client visits to successfully close sales when necessary.

Key Qualification:
  • Certification or diploma in sales and marketing from a recognized institution or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer/client service-related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala; proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to team success.
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing near the office location
